What an amazing evening! I cannot recommend Fiolina highly enough. Enzo and Katie took such great care of us! I have never felt so spoiled. They anticipated and met our every need! In addition to the exceptional service, the food was superb. Very delicious! And finally the atmosphere was incredible. The interior design and decor was very inviting. We will always be going back to Fiolina.

If you want authentic Italian food, nice ambiance and great service this is the place for it. We enjoyed our dinner and the whole experience.

Tried the new Italian restaurant at restaurant row in Boca. The ambience was NY chic. Service was also friendly and NY quick. The server of course was from the Bronx. Food I thought was pretty good not amazing. They do make homemade pasta which is a plus. Overall, it was a great place to dine with friends. I would go back but only with a group. Its loud and not intimate. My standards for the Italian cuisine are high since I travel to Italy every quarter. But definitely worth trying.

Kudos and stellar reviews are in certainly in order as I have dined three times previously and I have been remiss in posting a review. This evening, we had the pleasure of experiencing the Spicy Penne all Vodka, in a magnificently piquant cream sauce, accented with Speck. We also shared the Pappardelle in the most divine Bolognese, alongside a spectacularly flavorful and delicious Linguine Vongole. We also had the Pork Rib Tortelloni which was an absolute flavor bomb, nestled in an aromatic, yet delicate rosemary cream sauce. The fundamental and overarching principle noted here was that each dish was expertly seasoned and the pasta was cooked and served perfectly al dente. Summarily, on this visit, as in all our previous visits, the level of service and food quality exceeded our expectations. We had the Falanghina and Prosecco for libations and full disclosure, we have previously had every item on the Happy Hour menu and everything is phenomenal! The true standouts are the staff members who truly treat everyone like royalty and make each and every visit special. Our continued gratitude to Andrew, the GM and Chris, our bartender, for the exceptional service across our multiple visits. We highly recommend and will continue to support this outstanding Pastaria; which is a treat for both locals and visitors alike.
