Boca Raton Regional Hospital : Regional Imaging

Cant speak to the care here yet as it has been minimal but Im laying in an ER room at 4:30am and all I hear is the staff laughing, talking, giggling, and hanging out. Im sick, in pain, wondering if I even have a nurse, and would love some rest before I have surgery tomorrow morning. Its great that they are having so much fun at work, but call me crazy, I just feel like its rather inconsiderate

We had Jae and he was absolutely amazing! Hilarious too. He worked amazing with my 4 month old.

This hospital gave me the most amazing birth experience as it was my first I was unsure of what to expect. From the moment we entered the parking lot we felt the hospitality with a smile attitude. I arrived in labor I was contracting pretty hard the security guard immediately got us a wheel chair and told my husband exactly where to go since it was under alot of construction and kinda confusing. We went right in front desk was polite as well. Once got up to the labor a delivery floor two nurses greeted us at the elevator. One Nurse Carrie and I believe the Director Kathy. They welcomed us and showed us to the room. I immediately told her my birth plan and she demonstrated certain postions to get into to help with pain. She constantly checked in to monitor and was right there for any questions. After shift change we had Kaitlin as our delivery nurse and she was exceptional as well. Made me feel oh so comfortable and at ease. After moving to the postpartum section we received same treatment from all nurses, Lori really Stuck out. She helped with my confidence and knowledge on breastfeeding and constantly checked in. I just felt so much love from all the nurses like they really cared and they ALL were on the same Page! It was an incredible experience I am forever greatful for the staff and nurses at this hospital! I will ALWAYS go back here no matter what! Highly recommend!

An excellent birth expereince. We had the some of the best staff and nurses there when we had our son. We had expected some pushback since we wanted to have a VBAC birth but they were totally into us have the type of delivery my wife and I wanted and knew was best for us. At the time 3 years ago in 2019 (pre covid) they were finishing ups some renovations but the place was still in excellent shape. We were able to have a birth photographer, doula, mid wife, and acupuncturist come in at various times. The staff were all really open-minded. I even brought in a huge birth tub and they gave me the hose bib to fill it up from the shower in the birth suite. In the end my wife was able to have a VBAC rather than a Cesarian. This was a much better experience than the one we had in Hollywood in 2011 when we had to be transported from a birth-house to a hospital for a C-Section. Post-birth they moved us into a recovery suite that seemed like a standard sized room just down the hall. They had a lot of security steps to keep babies safe. That was only a problem for me when I went down stairs to the cafe and needed to get back in through security. That experience (at that time) was not seamless it may be better now. Overall I'm giving this whole experience 5 stars.
