The Greenpoint team was extremely helpful throughout our credentialing process. They answered all of our questions and responded to emails in a timely fashion. I have used them twice and plan to continue to use them in the future.

We are a group mental health practice. GreenpointMed has supported our provider credentialing for over two years, as we have grown our mental health practice significantly over this period. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, accurate and timely in their work. I can't say enough positive things and I would recommend them highly!

This organization has been instrumental in the credentialing and electronic billing of insurance companies. I'm so thankful for their work, how easy it has been to work with them, getting these services started, and they are great with communication. I've been working with them since 2019. They're my go-to for credentialing and insurance billing. They get five stars!

This company is abysmal. The owner, Justin, was quick to get my business and used his experience as the son of a therapist to manipulate me into feeling secure with his company. His staff were incompetent and only did their jobs when we sent proof that denied claims were not being followed up on. We lost clients & a ton of revenue as a result of their negligence. Their slow pace also made us late to file reports with the State, costing us hundreds of dollars. Instead of saving us time, we were paying to have our time wasted and our revenue go down the drain. When confronted with these errors, Justin became verbally abusive and CCed me in front of his staff and mine to attack a me with false claims. We decided to do our own billing and credentialing, which had been very easy and has gotten us back on track. I highly recommend you do the same or work with a local biller who you can trust. These folks do not deserve your business and they will not respect you. Edited to add the reply I just recieved directly from Justin, which should tell you everything to know about this character, "All of your statements below are false, inflammatory and libelous. In addition, Greenpoint and all of its employees treated you with respect and professionalism throughout the duration of your time working with us. This is not something I can say for you however. You ended services a year ago. Move on."
