Went to a wine tasting of Mark Ryan wines from Washington state. Wow, what a fantastic wine event, and the staff could not have been more accommodating or nicer! The store is excellent with a great selection of wine and gourmet food! Used to go to Total Wine and kind of forgot about this place but I will definitely be coming back here!

I had an exceptional experience at Crown Wine and Spirits in Boca Raton. After calling the store to inquire about a specific wine, Cade Howell Mountain, I was pleased to hear they had it in stock. Upon arriving, Teresa warmly welcomed me and efficiently directed me to the wine's location. Teresa's knowledge and passion for wines shone through as she engaged with me, asking about my wine preferences. To my surprise, she not only recommended wines similar to my taste but also showcased an impressive range, offering options across various price points. Her demeanor was engaging and pleasant, making the entire experience enjoyable and informative. To top it off, Teresa mentioned she would be sending a few bottles to the store closest to me in Pompano Beach. This added convenience was the cherry on top, making the overall experience phenomenal. This level of customer service is precisely what every business should strive for. Crown Wine and Spirits in Boca Raton truly stands out and deserves a gold star for their exceptional customer service.
