        Terrible customer service. Came here to the Aventura location exchange a bag that I ordered in this store. Was told that I have to wait in line and there were 20 other people waiting with returns as well. I expected an apology even if generic and at least more than a move along. The Boca location is 10x’s better. If I shop at LV again that’s where I will be going.

        Im a loyal LV customer and I was definitely disappointed. Prior to getting on line i asked if a specific bag was available and a salesperson the helpped me a few days prior. Waited over 30 minutes on line to then be told they didn't have it.
