Inspire WiFi

Ive never seen anything like this, stay away from them thats all I have to say

Technical support is unprofessional and can't resolve anything. WiFi in my apartment has been very spotty - barely able to load a Google page. Call six times and every time all they did was to reboot the router and said someone would further investigate and call me back and I never have got a call back once...Please avoid.

Just horrible service all around!!! Internet is slow and spotty at best non-existent at worst. I have been constantly calling for two months without any soultions they just keep stating "they're on it". If you're a business or apartment building do NOT go with Inspire unless you like giving yourself headaches.

Customer support is professional. We called and they said wifi would be restored within 72 hours but its been 5 days with the wifi down. They also keep dodging our property managers calls and attempts to resolve the issue. This is the second time this year the wifi has gone down, the 1st time it was down for almost 2 weeks.

The company has very nice tech support. However the internet that they provide, is just terrible. It's usually spotty or non existent.
