      Our office unfortunately cannot control the price that companies offer. We have been helping you with your insurance since 2022 and we have never had a problem. I don't understand why you blame us for the increase in prices, blame the federal government.
      Cancellations require documentation and if you do not deliver it we cannot invent it, the delay depends on how quickly the client sends it, in your case the call lasted 8 minutes. We are very happy that you were at least able to find something cheaper.
