Professional scammers. JOHN SANTORO advertised to change my insurance for $1,900 for 6 months (3 cars). I texted and sent multiple emails because the beacons were not received. 3 months later I received 1 beacon. Now they sent an additional bill for $800 !! Never had any accident, never had any tickets.

Had a great experience, and customer service with Natalie. I'd recommend to ask for her, if you're looking for insurance, etc. She was honest, upfront, I didn't feel rushed, and went through the different options with me. Set me up, when I purchased my new vehicle. I stopped by the office one day as well, everyone was curtious, and welcoming.
