It's in an excellent location near shops and restaurants. However, as many times I've stayed they didn't treat me like a welcomed guest. The manager and the short young lady wearing an afro made my time difficult. They're rude and the young lady was trying to find reasons to deny my stay. I have trouble walking at times and these people were cold-hearted. When I got to the room the desk area was dusty and the phone wasn't working. There was hair in the show and the toiletries were subpar. Coincidentally, while the phone wasn't working I had an emergency and another guest ran to my aid because I couldn't reach any staff members. These people are unprofessional. Think twice before booking a room here.

Need to update amenities. There is no room service, although the website says it is..
When inquired about room service, the customer service I received was disappointing.
