        Do not, under any circumstances have anything to do with these people! I live in Royal Palm Y&CC and they are building a house behind me. This is the 5th construction I have dealt with and they are a NIGHTMARE! Their workers are the most uncivilized, loud, obnoxious, unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals imaginable - can't even conceive therefore the quality? I call security daily, along with others. They have been fined numerously by the Association. As soon as security leaves - repeat. Update, Security is besides themselves with frustration, and this has been going on for the last 7 (seven) months! Again, every single day I call and every single day they and their workers arrogantly could care less. Can't even imagine if they have such blatant disregard for repeated requests from Security and the Association office, the quality or construction violations one would find with one of their properties!
