Clean and efficient. Not inexpensive, but the work is good and reliable. It may depend on whom you see, so try a few different people until you find one that does the work the way you want it. Despite the size, usually really close to on time and even pretty accommodating with walk-ins, unless it is Saturday morning or a holiday, which is to be expected. They will stand by their work as well. Love, love, love the ability to schedule appointments online without calling--but you can't CANCEL an appointment online without calling. I wish they would fix this!

Ive been to this location a few different times for foot massages and have generally had a really pleasant experience. Yesterday was entirely different. And unfortunately, it came down to an individual staff member with an alias of Linda I booked an hour foot massage, and unfortunately, this lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. It was clear shes had no training or education, or probably any real experience in Massage. The whole thing was very weird, awkward and chaotic. She would randomly push really hard on places of my feet, pull on other places, then stop completely. It was honestly the worst foot massage Ive ever had in my life. I got to the point that it was so uncomfortable I almost got up and just told her to stop. The only reason I didnt, is because I was with someone else getting a foot massage at the same time. For $50, I was pretty annoyed at how awful the whole thing was, but was planning to just chalk it up to luck of the draw sometimes. UNTIL I left in an annoyed funk and began walking to my car, only to have LindaCHASE me to my car and demand I tip her!!!! What the actual hell?!? The whole thing was the worst experience Ive ever had getting a massage of any kind. I am literally disgusted with the entire experience.

I've been here 3x and every time they have given me exactly what I asked for. The only issue is the price. Kinda pricey as a Dip Mami with simple design and basic pedi always runs me close to 120 after tips.
