If you're lucky take it from someone that knows joke of the business and Bloomingdale's is a low rent based budget bitch of a location to support them

Bought two beautiful orchids which Randi helped me chose. She also provided me with information on caring for orchids as well as a link explaining how to attach them to a tree if I so desired. This extra effort makes for excellent customer service!
