My experience with Mr. Robert Kiel was very positive. Mr. Kiel, as well as his assistants, were thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had excellent access to Mr. Kiel, and he was very helpful and willing to answer all of my questions. I was even able to speak to him at night, which was very convenient for me. Also, Mr. Kiel spent a lot of time with me in preparation of my hearing. After speaking to him, I knew what to expect at the hearing. When the time came for the hearing, there were no surprises.
