I came home today after work to find that my AC system was not blowing cold. Rome Aire was able to get a technician out to me after hours. John was very professional and clearly an expert at his craft. He was able to diagnose the issue and evaluate the system very quickly.
We've know that an AC replacement is in our near future and we will certainly be getting a new one with Rome Aire. Luckily, John was able to get the compressor back operational for now while we decide on a replacement.

Air conditioning was out 2 weeks bf Xmas..Rome Air came right out w/2 knowledgeable men who actually knew our condo bldg. (We didnt know that when we called)! We were repaired and are now happily on a service contract. Super professional!
