After exclusively using Bernies Dry Cleaners for 16 years, I am now officially done. It is one thing to pay premium prices for premium work, but when your snow white shirts come back dingy, it is time to rethink your dry cleaner. And when you politely point out that the tuxedo shirt that they had laundered many times started out white and is now beige and Bernie tells you it was never white, it is time to move on.
