Predatory pricing due to the fact that this store is conveniently located near a country club where most of the well to do residents are elderly. I unfortunately had to pay $16 just to have my suit which has never been worn pressed on premises. A complete rip off & they lost my business. Avoid this place like the plague.

This has been, hands down, one of the worst companies/locations I have ever dealt with. I've been using Tide (specifically this location) for a few years now, and up until recently within the last year, something has changed and they've gotten significantly worse. I loved using their service, and after my last experience(s), I will never use them again.
My recent experience: I needed a tablecloth and a backdrop cleaned for a conference I'm attending, which I dropped off on a Thursday morning (roughly 8am) and I was told it would be completed Friday after 6pm. I went in Friday @ 6pm, and was told it wouldn't be completed until Saturday @ 6pm (keep in mind, they close @ 5pm on Saturday's). I called Saturday afternoon to confirm if my garments would be available, and was told they'd be ready after 4pm. I arrived at 4:30pm to be told they wouldn't be completed until tomorrow (Sunday). I called Sunday @ 11:45am and was told they won't be completed until Monday. My conference is on Monday (flight leaves at 6am - before Tide opens). I gave them Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to clean 2 pieces, and they couldn't complete it. Not only could they not complete it, no one knew any of the correct answers to give me. Unless they make some drastic changes, stay away from this place. Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Still waiting on a call back that their carousel is fixed so I can get my clothes. No email, no phone call no nothing. Carousel is broken, I have a flight tomorrow. The employees do not care and are annoyed at me asking questions. Well I am annoyed at not being able to pick up my clothes.

A short linen jacket and one dress was 28 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend
