Melania Elsner

When talking about root canal, it might seem a bit strange to use the word pleasure, but I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Elsner. She was extremely patient, extremely personable, extremely caring and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable and proficient regarding the performing of a root canal procedure. During the procedure Dr. Elsner made certain to explain to me what she was doing and constantly asked me how I was feeling. Most importantly, other than some minimal sensitivity, I experienced virtually no discomfort, either during the procedure or later on in the day after the novacaine wore off. Further, Dr. Elsner even called me the next day on her day off, mind you to check in on me and see how I was feeling. I also want to give honorable mention to the staff. I was first greeted in a very friendly and professional manner at the front desk by Amber, and was very pleasantly surprised to be called in immediately, before I even had a chance to sit down (note, as a new patient I did complete all of the required paperwork on-line before coming in). Yeni and Constanza (both dental assistants) were friendly and top notch at their jobs. Finally, the office manager, Debbie, went above and beyond to accommodate me, both by arranging an expeditious appointment and helping me with the paperwork I needed to submit to my dental insurance provider (although this office does accept many plans, unfortunately mine was not one of them). I highly recommend Dr. Elsner and the entire staff associated with this practice. Thank you all for a job well done!!!

Dr Elsner is extremely knowledgeable and detailed in her exam for my severe pain in my tooth needing a root canal. She was patient with me and all my worries!

An incredibly talented and caring dentist. She does nothing during the procedure without first informing the patient what is about to be done and what to expect. Before finishing, she took her time to ensure that all was perfect.

Dr. Melania Elsner recently worked on my root canal re-treatment, not a pleasant thing to go through but she made the whole experience an easy one. She is very professional and experienced and explained everything she was doing in great detail. She answered questions and made me feel very comfortable. She has a very pleasant nature and was very kind and respectful in the way she spoke with all the staff and patients. I felt at ease and confident that she was doing everything she could to make this experience less painful and stressful. All of the staff at this location were very friendly and helpful, something you really need when you are having dental work done. Dr. Elsner even followed up with a personal call later in the day to make sure I was feeling okay. Thank you. Michelle
