The sad thing about CJM, they are now building in NC. It is in an area full of trees and forests which they totally disregard. They dont care, nor plan around magnificent trees and foliage. They go in, tear up everything without regard of Critters, birds and how it can actually change the weather. They are from Florida so they are used to a Concrete Jungle. Shame on them! People have had to purchase extra acreage and insist some on some buliders work around the trees. This company cares less!

We used CJM to build a custom home in the Cliffs Community just outside of Asheville, NC. Chris Brown was our builder and made our home building experience very enjoyable. He was in constant contact with us throughout the whole building process. Attention to detail, back and forth communication and a willingness to make our feedback a reality were very important to us.
