Dr. Weinstein's office in Boca Raton has been really great to work with. Their equipment is so new and their staff has been very nice. Just a great experience with them overall.

Dr. Weinsteins has one of the best offices I have ever been to in Boca the most state of the art equipment and the staff is amazing I would not let anybody work on me or my wife that I didnt trust

Initially had a great experience with the front desk when they scheduled my consultation. I called them the morning of my appointment to let them know I was running late. Turned out they had scheduled my appointment for an hour later. I told them that wasnt the time I had scheduled when I originally spoke to reception and I would just go ahead and reschedule. I had my toddler and knew she wasnt going to wait an hour plus the actual appointment. She put me on hold and then told me to go ahead and come in. I get to the office and the receptionist and someone in scrubs (probably a hygienist) were looking at his phone. A good amount of time passed before the receptionist acknowledged me and let me know the doctor was running late due to an emergency. I understand things happen. I would have ordinarily been fine with waiting, but I had already let the receptionist know I was tight on time and was okay with rescheduling. I let her know that my daughter and I had already been in traffic for 45 minutes (This was when they closed the glades exit) and I didnt want my daughter to have to wait even longer for the doctor to get there and then have to wait through my whole consultation. Typically, Im not one to get upset with this sorta thing, but I was about to potential spend thousands of dollars out of pocket with this practice. That being said, I do want quality customer service. Wont be rescheduling.
