I received a confirmation at 3:45 that my 6:45 order would be delivered. When it wasn't delivered by 7pm, I called ezcater and was told that my order was cancelled and that I'd have to find a new caterer. It was a nightmare - a dinner party for 15 with NO food and NONE on the way. I am still in disbelief that ezcater could, in good conscience, tell me after the deliver window closed that I would have to find a new caterer. How exactly do you find a caterer to deliver food that was supposed to be delivered an hour before!?
I will NEVER EVER use them again and suggest that you don't either.
