Dont do business with this company. I tried opening an account online. I submitted so much documents with ID, Social, and address. They created a fake account in their system with my name and social. Like why would you create a fake account when Im applying. I just wanted to open a checking and savings. Instead of approving my account they created a separate fake account with my information. Unacceptable

Although I closed my account for a virtual hack, I consider this bank and this branch an Excellent institution. Elizabeth, did everything she could to help me with the issue and to keep my business. Five stars for Elizabeth

A great in-store experience! Donaven was so helpful and knowledgeable about SCCUs financial systems and answered every question I had. He gave me information on my credit and helped me seamlessly deposit into my account. Overall, the establishment had a very friendly atmosphere and informed staff !

This company is so unorganized, literally a scam. I closed my account with them in April and they have taken 700 dollars out of my checking account at another bank that I had connected for bill pay and they told me it was due to accumulated fees. I asked to speak with a supervisor and conveniently was told they don't have any supervisors available
