I was in the market to purchase an aircraft, a Cheyenne III. After I had an agreed upon sales price, a contract, deposit, and a prepaid mechanic set up, Mr. Grana called and said he needed $100k more to sell to me. I am out $5000 as I had to pay for my attorney to review the contract and I had to pay for the mechanic, which was stipulation of Mr. Grana before I could even see the aircraft. I would recommend no one to do business with this guy. I see a lot of reviews about him being a great contract pilot and charter, but according to the FAA Global 360 Aviation LLC is not a charter company, they do no have a certificate Part 135. If he is doing charter, it is illegal. And illegal charters kill people they do not have the proper licensed or insurance, and required maintenance.

I was very impressed with Mr. Grana's aviation knowledge and his professionalism. In today's economic environment it's difficult to find someone with as much experience as he has. I will definitely look forward to working with he and his staff again in the future!
