Stanley Steemer

I would not recommend Stanley steamer. Dimitry the manager and the person who did my carpet completely ruined it..then tried to blame me and say its because i walked On it ( meanwhile i wasnt Even home) why would I walk on my carpet if you told me not to? I wanted to see results but instead he ended up making it worse than it was before. its a shame there are scammer companies out there. Do yourself a favor and dont use this company. Photos below show you and that big stain was never there before! We just wanted a classic carpet clean! No idea what the huge stain is? We are thinking water because it was wet for 3 days. I have now scheduled Stanley Steemer to visit my home twice, and on both occasions they never shower up, never delivered a phone call, and caused me to wait for an entire day for their arrival with no follow-up. The service is absolutely horrific - stay as far away from this location as possible!

Had Big Pine Key Stanley Steamer clean my floor grout and the result was terrible. The guy Demetrious was very nice and said if I had any issues he would come back and fix them. The next day the grout looked pretty much the same as before he did it. I got a grout brush and some grout cleaner and scrubbed a few places my self and guess what clean grout. The difference from what he did and what I did was obvious. I called him and he did come back, spent about 20 minutes scrubbing a few spots and left. So today I am on my hands and knees redoing everything he did it is amazing what the difference is. Plus this cost me $420 for a small kitchen small dining room, living room and narrow hallway. I am not a picky person and I don't enjoy posting bad reviews but the grout cleaning he did was horrible. I should have just thrown $420 in the trash can. He was a nice guy tho and showed up when he said. Picture on left is what I did the right one is most of the rest of the floors. Maybe their carpet cleaning is better but don't waste your money on getting your grout cleaned.
