They were amazing with my handsome boy. He has been shedding uncontrollably and has had issues with letting people near his feet. His shedding is finally under control for the first time in years, and he let them do his nails! I highly recommend.

I love this place! Not only are they warm and friendly toward me...they are exceptional with my chihuahua (who is less than sociable). They always brag about what a good client she is...lol. And they are very forgiving when I forget an appointment...it happens...no judgment....wouldn't take my furbaby anywhere else...

Tina Harper, a person with only two reviews cannot and should not be taken seriously. If she really owns a salon while targeting another business with a negative Google review because she cancelled last minute after signing an agreement that apparently she didn't bother reading...Yikes on all the bikes. I only trust Crystal & Storie with my girls. They are professional, caring, patient, and extremely experienced groomers who are well worth my drive from over an hour away. If you want your fur baby to be treated like the royalty they are, take them to Tidy Tails. As long as you respect them and their time, you will not have any issue and will always have the best groomed pups around. They didn't win Best of 352 for nothing.

Were so happy we found such a wonderful place to bring our little Sophie. Crystal is an amazing groomer and you can tell she truly loves all her fur baby clients!

Never been so embarrassed by a groomer before! I own a salon and will let all my clients know how you treated me! I had an appointment and this groomer told me I couldnt bring my dog til I had her rabies shot. I called my vet, and my dogs shot had expired , this was on a Tuesday. So I canceled my dogs appointment with groomer, so I could get her to vet. Went following Monday for shots. I called for an appointment today and they told me I had to talk to owner before I could book my dogs, they said because I had canceled.. I had only canceled twice before. This time was because of rabies shot. Made me feel horrible! I own a salon and I have people cancel! I dont, and would never treat my clients like this! Even if they miss appointments! What an embarrassment! So i will spread word of how you treated me and my poor innocent puppies. Plus , I asked for owner to call me back then, she never called me Back. This is So unprofessional. Bad business,Karma.
