The Service Department was excellent to work with on my mom's Lincoln! They were professional and polite every time I spoke with them. They even offer valet services to pickup and dropoff which made it easy and effortless for us. I highly recommend them and will use them for all future work on her car. Thank you!!!

Our experience in service is always a good one. Our service advisor Jordan is top notch. Always personable,pleasant, professional and kind. He always has a smile on his face and goes above and beyond. Gary Yeoman Ford is lucky to have a young man like Jordan working for them,,he is a pleasure, and really seems to care for the customer. Truly an outstanding young man, something rare in todays day and age. Ford is lucky to have him as an employee.
