Christie Dental Belleview

Everyone from the front desk, Dinski the hygienist, xray tech and dentist were awesome. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend Christie Dental. I chose them as they said they would accept my insurance plan. When I made the appointment I specified that my insurance only covers comprehensive x-rays every 36 months. I had my x-rays from my out of state dentist sent to their office and they acknowledged that they received them. I explained that I just wanted a cleaning. They insisted on new x-rays and other services or they would not do the cleaning. I was there over 4 hours. By the time I was finished they said I owed them over $200. When I called to ask about the bill, I left 3 messages and never received a return call very unprofessional service. On my 4th call a representative said they would email me further information about my bill. I never received an email. Poor customer service to say the least. I believe they are deceptive and inflate the costs by recommending unnecessary treatments. They have no compassion for seniors on a fixed income. I will definitely not be returning and advise others to find another dentist.

Went in for emergency cracked tooth and everyone was very helpful and professional.
