Exceptional experience working with Jim Henkel. As a seasoned agent with a very high standard of care, I was looking for a Realtor to handle the sale of my mother in law's home who would deliver the same service I demand from myself. Jim exceeded every expectation. He anticipated all needs and worked with our family to accomplish a quick sale. He was our feet, eyes, and ears on the ground and we could not be more grateful. I highly recommend Carolyn Tasillo! She made the sale of my beachfront condo smooth and got me top dollar (above asking, cash buyer). Her advise about staging the condo for photos was spot-on and the photos & video really showcased my place. When I needed help doing a few final repairs, she had great recommendations for contractors who completed the required work in a timely fashion. Carolyn was a calm steady presence during the stressful time between the condo going under contract and the actual closing. She explained everything clearly and provided me the data and information I needed to make good decisions. I wish she worked in Pennsylvania when I sold my property there! In summary, if you want a professional who also is a genuinely kind and helpful advisor, to smooth your trip through selling a high end property, I highly recommend Carolyn.

Janet did a fantastic job. We originally listed the property with another realtor. After 6 months and no serious offers, it was time to change to a real estate professional = Janet Moore. Janet steered us to add a fresh coat of paint and update the lighting (and had an excellent and reasonably priced contractor who she coordinated completely who did the work immediately). The professional pictures afterwards were beautiful. We had significant interest the day it was listed and accepted an above asking price cash offer and closed inside of 10 days! I would give Janet 10 stars if I could!
