BelleairBeach government doesnt really care about individual residents. Ive had problems that I begged for help for and received pretty much almost nothing. Now theyre allowing a gas company to dig up my landscaping which Ive spent thousands of dollars on. I am on a fixed income and Im a senior citizen. Ive been told that if The gas company ruins my property, I am responsible for repairing and paying for everything. Theres no justice in owning a home in Belleair Beach. Ive had to put up with over a year of Construction across the street from me with new homes going up and they have inconvenienced me unbelievably- now one of the residents is putting in a gas line for his home, so hes going to disrupt my entire Landscaping of my front yard, at no cost to him. Im supposed to shut up and just pay for my own property damages that are caused by someone else. How is that fair? Just because theres an easement, it doesnt give any utility the right to dismantle someones property and have the victim pay for repairs and replacement. Beside digging up on my grass and possibly damaging my trees and bushes they also said that if they break the sprinkler system I have to pay for that too.
