        Had an appointment September 19th 2023 for mammogram. Took forever to get through to somebody to make an appointment. Was told 5 to 7 days for results. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't heard anything and neither has my primary doctor. You guys have been working on your new record system forever, how long does it take to get things straightened out? I've used you in the past with no problem. Don't think I'll be using you in the future.

        Takes a very long time to get to a real person. First time, I hung up after 20 minutes. Makes me want to try some other business. Still on hold. Very disappointing.
