I wholeheartedly recommend Restore Medical. Dr. Whitehead, Dr. Ramirez, and their staff are consistently kind and supportive. They walked us through every step of our son's surgery and the recovery process. They were readily available to answer our questions and we felt our son was very safe under their care. The surgery went wonderfully and the recovery was faster than anticipated. The results are even better than our son had hoped for and he is absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We are so grateful they were a part of our son's journey.

I had my Gender Reassignment Surgery on August 26th 2019 and 2021 in the office of DR. Alain Ramirez and DR. John Whitehead.The level of attention and compassion was second to none, They still keep in touch with me and are like a second family. They are three surgeons who are experts on what they do. Cant thank them enough for the level of confidence they have given me and now allows me to wear many outfits and feel confident doing so.The nurses were amazing very hands on.These surgeons are angels and i am so thankful for what they do to make people feel complete.THE BEST SURGEON COULDNT ASK FOR ANYONE BETTER. ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart you changed my life .

What an AMAZING team! Everyone there took such good care of Sam! Stephanie, Edgar, Marie, Carlos, and of course Dr. Whitehead and Dr. Ramirez were ALL professional, kind, and went out of their way to take care of us. I hope I did not leave anyone out! Not only did they treat us like old friends, Sam could not be happier with the results, and neither could I. We traveled from PA to FL because of the great reviews, and now we can add our own! Worth the trip, one hundred percent!

I cant thank the entire staff enough for how easy they made the process for my surgery! Especially both Dr. Whitehead and Dr. Ramirez being there every step of the way from the the beginning! They have absolutely changed my life for the better and Im barely 10 days post op! Thank you so much to everyone at Restore! You all are absolutely amazing and have made such a profound and positive impact on my life! If you are looking to have GRS I highly recommend Restore! Starting at the consult with Dr. Whitehead he gave me answers to questions I had no idea I should have asked! Everyone from the Doctors to the front office give 110% to every patient! Even the nurse at 2 am getting me everything from my medicine to a cup of ice always did it with a smile! Thanks to her I was very relaxed, felt extremely safe and almost at home even after having just woken up from anesthesia! Thankyou so much to everyone at Restore!
