        Two pages of warranty issues denied, took a month to find out. Only found out when I went to dealership. Jessica never kept me updated last time I will be or buy there.

        My husband and I REALLY got dragged along and given a hard time at General RV in Tampa, and in order to make a trip with some friends we tried Camping World in Bartow as a last ditch effort. We didnt think we qualified for anything based on what General RV told us, so we werent holding our breath. However, Mike immediately went into action and when I say he got us EXACTLY what we wanted. There was no hassle, no run around- We walked in, told Make what we wanted, and he delivered. We had our new RV same day! If youre looking for a great above and beyond experience for such a large purchase, Camping World of Bartow is the place to go.

        If I could give them 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any sort of dealership. I dont recommend wasting your money at all with them.

        At first after reading the reviews on here I was skeptical about this place. Day 1 went in late an hour before closing to just check out a few rvs and get some prices. Filled out an application Day 2 didnt hear anything from dealer about app and had to drive there to be told they had an offer for 25k less than what we needed for the rv we liked. Decided to get a cheaper rv. Jumped through a lot of hoops for the bank to finally get financing. I must say the whole time from the sales guys Matt and Ciara to the financial side with Maria and Matt with the walk through it was a pleasant experience. The only thing that was a small issue was on the service side when I went to pick up rv it had lighting issues. They did eventually fix it but it was kind of a pain to get them to look at it as they tried blaming my pull vehicle. The people in service are nice and they work good. All in all everybody ending up going above and beyond to make sure they had a satisfied customer. Just know you will have to check in to check out the rvs too many people are destroying these beautiful rvs.
