      Ms Nancy, that was an unfair review based on a phone call only. You even inquired about the type of flowers or design at all! Given the challenges, logistical demands and skill levels required throughout the supply chain. Consumers need to educate themselves about the effort put into creating a single bouquet. The delivery is a round trip of 20 miles
