Shotty work at best. I bought a new build less than two years ago and have since noticed quite a few things. The ducting isnt ran correctly, which causes one room in the house to be ice cold or blazing hot depending on time of year (its only an 1100 sq ft house). Trim missing in places, windows installed and obviously crooked, not level. Sealing missing around windows when first moved in. Grout in master bathroom shower cracked floor to ceiling in less than a year. Paint missing in corners where they laid trim without painting. Cracks in ceiling on load bearing wall and corners. Yard clearly not leveled (cant mow without hitting high spots and low spots where water piles up). Massive gap under driveway that they just fixed with sand and threw a piece of sod back over the side. Driveway sloped incorrectly and instead of redoing it they just put a rubber strip seal at the entrance. I can go on for days. They build these houses quick and in a hurry and ask top dollar for extremely sub par work. Would warn to stay far far away.
