VERY RUDE AND UNWELCOMING.. I went to this shop today and there was a barrier across the door so that you could not enter. I stood and waited to be acknowledged but the staff were all chatting. There were 5 employees standing around a counter talking and there were NO CUSTOMERS in the store. Finally one turned her head my way and said, "do you want to come in?" . No hello or greeting. I asked if they were open for business because it seemed like they did NOT want anyone to actually enter the store. She said they were and sauntered over to let me in. As I browsed I noticed a young man following me fairly closely everywhere I went. I was dressed nicely and even carrying a Prada bag but these employees were silently looking down on me. I won't be back.

Security is lazy and disrespectful. They did not want to let me in last 15 minutes of the store and when I stated I know what I want purchase the rude guard let me know that I am coming to buy the same purse everybody comes into buy and acted as if I couldnt afford it and thought I would be wandering the store the last 15 minutes because Im broke and black. I also saw another young Hispanic lady in there having trouble with the same man. He was extremely rude the entire time we were there acted as if he didnt want to bother with anyone. Not welcoming and clearly prejudice towards young millennials with money as he is too busy working the door and hating everyone from a distance

First time shopping at a standalone Prada store, much better selection than the Neiman Marcus Prada stores (the one near me no longer had a Prada store). Very well organized and staff very friendly not pushy just there to help. Got one bag which I am very happy with although their nylon gets dirty quick and is hard to clean. Will visit the store again every time I visit the Miami area
