Bought a rose gold bracelet here 2 years ago, paid almost $4000 and I called recently to ask for a trade in or a sale and they didnt want to help me out. When i reached out to the jewelers they can only buy it ad gold so DY aint worth anything. Stay away, save your dollars!

Have bought over 15k in David Yurman products and this store would not replace my recently purchase black onyx bead bracelet that was far too big. They would not replace and mentioned that because there was a small white mark on the bead that it could not be replaced or exchanged. The staff wasnt really inviting and seemed like we were attempting to con the store out of a bracelet.

Would rather buy from a more luxurious brand and not branded costume jewelry. The staff here will create a multigenerational effect of brand boycotting
