I attempted to get a quote for some sod and was provided everything else but the quote. I was told that they do not deliver to individuals unless they are installing the sod. There is a five (5) pallet minimum and there are other various factors. I then asked what the quote would be for five (5) pallets, plus install. Again, was not provided a quote. They informed me it depended it there was "grading" work which needed to be done, if we have access to the area (back yard), and other circumstances. These things prevented them from providing a quote. At this point, why not just make it your policy to not sell to individuals period. Why does one have go through so many additional factors to get a quote?

If your passing an interstate exit watch out for there blue semi dot#846802, they do not yield when coming off of the interstate and instead will make people have to slam on their brakes to avoid hitting them. Not the first time this has happened either

We ordered 3 pallets of sod, 3 weeks prior to the requested delivery date. The man I spoke with said someone would call the week of delivery to confirm and solidify a time. The day before the sod was supposed to be delivered, I called multiple times throughout the day. There was no answer and the mailbox was full so a message couldnt be left. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I called all day and sent a message through their website. Almost a week after they were supposed to deliver our sod, we still have heard nothing and still cant get anyone to answer a phone. Dont waste your time with this incredibly unprofessional company like I did. I even had family come to town to help me lay it and didnt have time to order from a different sod farm.
