I went to Sebring for an appointment and managed to pick up a screw in my rear passenger tire. I went everywhere and was told wait times were at least 1 1/2-2 hrs. I pass Big T Tire on my way home and stopped in to see if there would be a wait. The gentleman immediately said hello and helped me without making me feel uncomfortable or stupid. He explained the problem and then without any pressure he simply agreed to change my tire out with my spare. He came in to get me and did not charge me for the tire change. I cant say thank you enough! This place and the kindness I experienced was like no other! If Im ever in the area with car trouble Ill definitely be visiting them again!!
