My dad lives here. The old managers were lousy but it is currently under new management & they seem ok... the property has been improved. Old, rotten boards on the dock have been repaired & newer laundry machines were installed. The view is beautiful & the dock is private for resident use only. Most of the current residents are pretty decent & friendly & have game night down at the clubhouse sometimes. My son & I have joined them all for holiday meals multiple times. I am happy my dad found a pretty good place to live.
