Hey Avery, as discussed before we cancelled your membership without that 30 day cancelation notice that we do require for all members. If you were not getting anyone at the front when calling, you could have came in during staffed hours. As far as messaging us, you contacted us on a Saturday (when staff isn't working) the day before you get charged and expected us to cancel you. You then got charged that next day Sunday (when staff isn't working) and messaged us again on Monday wanting a refund. I understand you signed up online and no one was able to verbally tell you how to cancel your membership, in the agreement that you signed it does state how to properly do so. At the end of the day Avery even if someone was here to assist you at the times you came in to workout you still wouldn't of been pleased with the cancelation process and would have still been charged. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and miscommunication. Hope you have a wonderful day.
