It saddens me to write this review! I've been here all too often during the last year.I live in a tiny town known as a retirement mecca and with a high average age. As you might expect, the pandemic has ravaged the town! Many of these unfortunate folks have been my friends and acquaintances and have had their services here.Atmosphere- This is a tiny place next door to a large cemetery. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Sometimes, parking can be a huge challenge!Once you get inside the rooms are beautifully decorated in an understated way. Everything is spotless.Customer Service- Everyone that has touched me has been sensitive to the emotional trauma that visiting here entails.I fervently wish that I would never need to visit here again but sadly, I know that is wishful thinking. Their ability to deal with an emotional and difficult situation is exceptional!

This "family" will take care of all your needs without any pressure..."upsales"! I was very comfortable dealing with the death of my husband, etc making the final arrangements.
