If the owner (I am guessing) had even acknowledged my presence in this store, I would have stayed and made my purchase. Too bad - her lack of courtesy cost her more than 1 sale.

Horrible Service. I helped my son order flowers for his pregnant wife on Valentine's day and It said they would be delivered on the same day. But it took two days to receive the flowers and they forgot to deliver the box of chocolates we ordered. They also didn't look as full as the picture even after I had upgraded to the Better version of the flowers. I left several messages and email the store and have not had anyone reach back out to me. My son was so disappointed this was the first valentine's day being married and her pregnant. It was supposed to be a sweet expression of his love for her but has just ended up in disappointment with the service and frustration. I will not be using this store again. Try another local florist.

Item that was suppose to be delivered on Saturday for Mothers Day arrived on Tuesday just now. No card on it. Luckily I knew who sent it. Dont use this florist. Lack of detail all the way through.

I have uses this place few times before. Sent order in may 12 didnt get them until today may 15. For my mother inlaw for mothers day. Didnt recieve what I even paid for.will not be using anymore. From michigan
