Was trying to call as a new patient for services but No one answers the phone here, tried calling on 3 separate occasions. so I made Appt at the Sebring office instead .

They wouldn't even help my son with his exposed nurve . They are only out for the money. They do not honor there oath to help all who are in serious pain or condition when there the only option around and now my son has lost all hope and they left him in dispair.

Told them about my level of discomfort and was assure I would be getting something for it after. Total of five teeth pulled and was givin Tylenol! I wont be back.

Everything was great until I got my third bridge-they had to order it three times because it was made incorrectly at the lab. The final bridge was set in my mouth and they did not show me with a mirror what it looked like. When I got home and saw it, I was appalled. It looks very fake, like a big lump.
When I contacted the office again to complain, they said: if your bite is fine and it doesnt bother you, then there is nothing we can do.
They will not even take a second look.
I gave this office a lot of money and I feel that I was not treated professionally.
