Great experience with Adam on the sale of our property in Surfside. We had showings while living in property which added complexity. We could have tough conversations and easy ones, and I felt he was a team player with us at all times. Adam kept us informed and was responsive and committed. He worked with us in establishing and maintaining realistic expectations for the market we faced at this time. Marketing and staging of the house was done well, with good taste and he never pressured us to do or change our plans.
