        Unfornately, I have to resort to this. I have been working this firm since late 2022. Filed and sumbitted all the paperwork necassary. Last email with the assitant was in january of 2023, Last email with another assitant was in April 2023. I haven't heard from ANYONE since. I have tried to email and call multiple times. Haven't recieved a call back or email reguarding my mother's case. I have been told multple times, I would get a call later that day or week and still nothing. The most frustarting part is the attorney is a third cousin. Absoutley, zero professionalism from the entire staff.

        If using this firm please don't let Rotunda handle your case he's bad at touching basis he's also bad with keeping up with paperwork and photos that have been emailed to him he cause my father's case too expire due to his negligence just let it sit and sit and sit rin as far away as possible
