I wish I could give negative stars. This has been, without a doubt, the most distressing medical experience I've ever had. This clinic represents the epitome of incompetence in patient care and blatant greed in billing practices. Firstly, the examination was a hurried blur, my examination was rushed and carelessly done (about 2 minutes), with no regard for my concerns or questions. To add insult to injury, I was slapped with deceitful charges for undisclosed services, they piled on unnecessary services just to inflate the invoice. The lack of transparency in their billing is nothing short of deceitful. The staff? Rude and dismissive. I had to visit another dermatologist to correct this clinic's mistakes and get the appropriate topicals needed. Avoid this place at all costs. It's a disgrace to the medical profession. Save yourself the trouble and find care elsewhere. I request that you provide me with the email of the billing department so I can formally dispute these charges.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Nestor and his team. They were all very friendly and courteous. Dr. Nestor's expertise and care made my visit very comfortable. I would highly recommend him.

Waited 2 wks for this appt. I was given to a doctor that cant or wont write the script I need. They wasted my entire day (I work an hour away) instead of just asking what the visit was for on the initial day I set said appt up. If only certain doctors write certain scripts it should be mandatory that they ask what the visit is for. What an inconvenience. The location is 1 block from my house, I will intentionally go out of my way to see a different doctor/group.
