It's an ulta...

First time they followed me around. I guess people steal. It was uncomfortable but I get it . Last time I waited forever but there was no one there to help. The employees were chatting but no one was getting up to work the register. I had a plane to catch. Very sad. I had to buy Sauvage as a gift. I had to run to Macy's.

The cashier was rude, literally threw a receipt after I didnt leave email or phone number :D Wanted to convince me that I cant buy in that store without leaving my email, ridiculous. The store itself is good, but the service is poor

customer service was not a thing here. they were closing and we absolutely felt they were getting us out as soon as they could, being extremely rude, my friend before paying ask them about a promotion that was still in the website but apparently not in the store. with an attitude, the lady told her that the promotion wasn't at the store even tho today it's the 7th and the promo ends on the 14th. absolutely rude, never coming back to this location again.
