But Leanne contacted me and was so friendly, thorough and prompt in replying, I decided to explore them further. I am glad I took the chance. Going to their office was simple, quick, and then I met Chris and Albert, who were equally friendly and professional. The whole process was so fast. Nothing felt shady, unlike many business dealings in South Florida. Also, because they only buy and don't sell from this office, there is no pressure. Its simply an inspection and an offer respectably close to KBB. Albert and Chris handled all the paperwork, helped me get my items from in my car, sunpass and plate off. The whole process was pleasantly under an hour and I left with the check in my hand.

I went online trying to sell a car that I had, then I found out about SellYourAutoDirect. I called , they set-up an appointment to appraise the car. They made an offer within minutes. Everything was quick and easy. Chris communicated with me very well throughout the whole process ,and I ended up very happy after all. Thank You again to the staff for their professionalism.
