The Plaza at ParkSquare - Luxury Assisted Living

The Plaza at Park square There are no words to express the level of gratitude my family and I have for each one of the Park Plaza Staff members. We had many concerns while making the extremely difficult decision of moving our mother into a memory care facility, but have felt nothing but relief since she arrived. Her needs are being fully met and she is treated with so much care,love and respect.She is finally returning to a healthy weight and balanced diet, her medication is taken correctly and on time, and her social needs are also being met - she is dancing, singing and doing activities every day. To who ever is going thru the difficult time of deciding whether to put a parent in memory care, let me tell you that we absolutely feel that we made the right decision. I can tell my mom feels at home and I know that she is in a safe environment with excellent amenities. We are so grateful to the entire team - Barry, Mimi, and Rita as well as Maria ,Odalis,Jose,Tania, Alejandro,Maleica,and each nurse who works with such grace, patience and care. The activity team. You are Amazing bringing melodies of happiness. You all are our heroes and give us so much tranquility. We love visiting because We know how different Park Plaza is to all of the other memory and assisted care places that We have visited. I travel to assisted living residences as part of my profession and I can say that from the front desk to the cleanliness of the place I am impressed. It is a cut above the rest. We experienced very polite and professional people. The environment is calm and very very clean and well decorated too.

My wife was placed in The Plaza at Parksquare. A decisin which was very difficult for me and my children. Today, one week later I can affirm that it was a wise decision. The administration and staff have made us welcome into their very special world. I am pleased beyond my expectations. Every issue that arises is dealt with instantly. The residents in general are treated with love and care. It seems to me that when the time comes I will seriously think of residing in the Plaza also. So, I need to let it be known that I give it a 5 star rating without doubt. *****

I would like to thank Rochelle. On the evening of June 3rd I had a wellness check done on my mom. She wasn't feeling well. Rochelle immediately went up to my mother's apartment. She let my mother know I was on speakerphone. She move the emergency caller onto my mother's table next to the bed and said if you need help please press the button and I will be there. My mother was okay that night but I asked Rochelle to please have a check done early the next morning just to be sure. That request was followed the next morning. It was a good thing that was done. My mother had to be transported to the hospital that morning. I truly believe that check prolonged her life and gave me enough time to fly out immediately and see my mother and be at her bedside. Rochelle was an angel. I cannot thank her enough.
