        We are very happy with our new home! JC was great. He was on top of every detail and made sure everything was perfect for us to move in. Our new home is everything we were looking for. The whole process from beginning to closing was smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a new home!

        Closed and moved into my Pulte Home in Avalon Park last week. I have the Mystique model. JC was my closing supervisor. He was fabulous! Arrived at the closing early, and was ready to take his time with me through my home. ALL items were corrected, and he went above and beyond when it came to making my floors in as look perfect.... the garage floor came out awesome. JC clearly explained my homes features and how to get my appliances and AC warranted etc. He was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with. JC made sure the home was not only ready for occupancy but backed by quality and comfort. And special thanks to Troy White, who originally showed me all of Pulte's home options back in the summer of 2023. He's the reason I chose a Pulte home. All of this was a fantastic experience!!
