        Had my first visit today and the experience was wonderful. The staff was great and the DR was outstanding the way she handled my fur baby and made sure I understood everything she told me.

        Little Miss Freya saw Dr. Ann Valdes this morning for her first visit and were very impressed. The staff is friendly, caring and professional! Dr. V spent a great amount of time and performed a thorough exam, along with assisting us with her meds. I highly recommend this veterinarian and clinic!!! Thank you all for making a stressful situation, easier!!!

        Very disappointed with this clinic lately. They stopped letting people in two years ago when covid hit, but have not reopened the lobby. You have to wait outside while they see your pet, and the doctor doesn't even talk to you anymore, just the techs. They don't diagnose, they just prescribe antibiotics and send you on your way. They failed to diagnose a thyroid issue in my cat, partially because they don't take time to talk to you, ask questions, or listen to your concerns. "In, out, here's your bill, come back in a week so we can ignore you and charge you again." Update: We have left this clinic but it is now owned by VHA - see my review on their Winter Haven location for the reason I have a bad opinion of their brand. Yet another corporate chain owned vet clinic that will put profit over patients every time.
